If you have successfully purchased a Fullstaq product (your payment was processed), you should have automatically received an email with your login credentials and next steps.

Sometimes these automated emails have a delay so please allow up to 5-10 mins for it to arrive in your inbox. 

If it doesn't arrive within that time, it may have arrived in your "spam" or "promotions" folder. Please double check your inbox, spam or junk folder to ensure your emails have not landed in there. 


If your email you used to purchase has a "low deliverability rate" (such as Hotmail, Yahoo, ATT.net, Pacbell or any other cable domains), your emails may have bounced. 


If this is the case we would strongly recommend you create a Gmail account (as Gmail has the highest deliverability rate) and email support@fullstaqmarketer.com notifying us to update your account. 

This will ensure we can correspond with you successfully. 


If you have a Gmail account and are not receiving our emails, you may have unsubscribed at some point to our emails.
